These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MANDALA NOTE ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
The Service is a web application for creating and managing mandalart (mandala charts). We offer a Free plan and a Pro plan (paid).
2. Accounts
Some features of the Service require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for managing your account credentials.
3. Fees and Payments
Pro plan pricing is as listed on the pricing page. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service (mandalart data, etc.). We only use your content to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited: - Violations of applicable laws or public order - Interference with the operation of the Service - Actions that cause harm to other users - Unauthorized access or reverse engineering - Commercial spam using the Service
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or other damages to the extent permitted by law. We recommend backing up important data regularly.
7. Service Changes and Termination
We may modify or terminate the Service with prior notice.
8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. AI Idea Generation
The AI idea generation feature is available up to 50 times per account per month. Usage counts reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Generated ideas are AI-produced reference information and we make no warranty as to their accuracy. When using them for business decisions, please verify the content using your own judgment.
